In addition to the standard access and rentals others mention, there's also the tram assist getting to the botanical garden as well as a separate entrance from 378 to the gardens directly.
There are wheel chairs rentals for$8 & electric chair rentals $30. There is an elevator by the second parking lot that has a bridge to the gate but, there are handicapped spaces very close to the front gate
It is fairly accessible, but there are a lot of people.
