I highly recommend this place to live, especially for those in the military. Minutes to the gates of Ft. Jackson. Complex is clean, safe and secure. No issues with noise from neighbors. Office staff is very responsive. Pool and gym are well kept.

We have been members of this community for 2 years and signing up for a 3rd. Obviously all apartment complexes can have their issues, but overall management has been excellent. They are on top of security and send timely alerts if necessary. Maintenance issues are addressed well. Recently we needed to have some work done, it was easy to put a maintenance request online and they addressed this within 1 day and! the next day evened call to make sure everything was completed appropriately. There a pleasant mix of people living here. We would recommend as an overall excellent apartment community.

The quality of the apartments are nice. However, management is really bad. They have told me on multiple occasions something that is false.
