Our experience has been great so far - we love vista commons!! Everytime we have to do a maintenance request it’s done quickly and fixed the first time. We appreciate that so much!

Really disappointed. I am a current resident. The experience of living in the Vista Commons has been fine. I have not had too many interactions with the new management company that replaced RAM Late last year. The apartments are nice and have a lot of natural light. I would have given them 5/5 if it were not for the greedy and gross renewal offer I was given for my lease. I currently pay 1500 for a 1 br 850 sq ft apartment, fine, given the location. but BUYER BEWARE for the lease renewal they jacked my offer to $1670 a month!!! Disgusting, that is over a 10% raise in rent. It should be illegal. I will have to move out and I was hoping to stay there another year at least. So be prepared to pay almost 200 dollars more next year when you sign with vista commons.

No, appointments are not required, however are encouraged so the staff is prepared for your arrival and to minimize your wait time in the event a staff member is with another guest or resident.
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Yes, Vista Commons amenities include a pool, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, business center, seating area with fire pit, and a package center.
Yes, all of the apartments are furnished with a full size washer/dryer that is included in the monthly rental rate.
No, utilities such as electric, water/sewer, cable, and internet are separate from the rent.
Vista Commons allows co-signers for full time students only. In addition, one co-signer is allowed per apartment, not per lease holder.
Yes, Vista Commons allows 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight limit of 35lbs and no aggressive breeds. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet due at move in and a $10 monthly pet rent.
All of the apartments are unfurnished, however one of the Vista Commons staff members will be glad to assist you with companies in the area that rent furniture and housewares.
All applicants are screened with the same criteria and the property rents to those who qualify.
