My friend had severe flooding of her apartment and mold (as in large visible tracks in multiple locations). As well as unresolved plumbing issues for almost a year, making use of the bathroom intermittent. She became severely ill on multiple occasions because of the severity of the mold with no resolution. When personally seeing the conditions from all the mold and damage it is physically sickening. This place needs to be shutdown by DHEC.

I moved in Gable Hill May 2021 and from July 2021 till current I’ve had issues with my apartment. From leaks and mold in both bathroom ceiling. A leak so bad in my second bathroom and it flooded the 2nd bedroom closet. An issue from my heat would be in auto and would never cut off. And for 2 months I was told I had to operate it by the breaker box. A leak in my living room ceiling. And water flooding my hallway from the hot water heater. I have asked since January to be moved to another apartment and they just said they would fix things that they would never do. If you don’t have to please don’t. Go where you money is appreciated. So glad I’m getting out of here

Worst complex ever!!!! Since we moved in we have had issues. Starting with a mixup in apartment unit we signed for. Next dealing with gnats constantly flying around throughout the apartment to the point we can't eat dinner in peace. In addition to a leak under the kitchen sink as well thats was patched up. Also we have experienced leaks found in back room from carpet and ceiling. Issue was reported numerous of time but Issues was never resolved. Also there has been leaks in kitchen above cabinets twice due to the apartment unit above us.We also had to deal with a leak from the AC unit recently. Issues was reported but still not resolved. It leaked so bad that it had the unit smelling like mold and mildew. Now if the carpet smells like that, imagine all of the harmful things my family with asthma and allergies are breathing in that is coming through the ventilation system. Not to mention we had to go out and purchase a wet vac on our own to try and dry the carpet because no one came out to fix the problem. Now they are going up on the rent and they think that patching up things outside around the complex is doing something. How about starting from the inside out. I know who will be on my side (News 19 and my lawyer.)
