Dirty common areas. Filthy gym. Broken equipment. Filthy pool used by ANYBODY within 5 miles ( no safe gates).Pool always filled with children from people that do not reside in the complex. Noisy. Expensive. Phase II pays for amenities that Phase I used without any care on the part of management. Numerous people cramming themselves and their noisy children in one apartment. Low end apartment environment. Used up, ugly looking finishes ( you pay as if they were updated). Crime. Unsafe gates. Everybody can come in . No lock in the gym. People using the gym as a kid playground.

After a more than a few months living here, I can now give my honest feedback. Let’s start with the apartment itself; Overall my apartment (Phase 1, 3bd/2ba) is good. Some finishes could be better but it’s nothing to complain about. There is plenty of space, but not to much storage inside (There is an option for additional storage by renting a garage!). The walls are THIN, and the noise from the neighbors can be unbearable at times. Even when monitoring my own noise, much can be heard by neighbors. I usually hear running in the hall after 10pm most nights (I’ve complained about the noise and suggested improvements with no resolution to date). Maintenance has been very slow; it took a over a month to get someone out to look at our leaking faucet (produces a red and white mold-like buildup, and still hasn’t been replaced to date (over a month later). Bugs, such as sewer gnats, centipedes and palmettos bugs come in through the drains. Outside of the apartment; The trash compactor is constantly overflowing; was told something is broken. So, not the apartment’s fault but tenants usually dump very large furniture items and loose trash there which makes it unappealing to use. Maintenance people are out there manually picking it up daily and compacting (kinda makes you feel sorry for them). Everyone complains about the front gate being broken. Also not the apartments fault. One gate was recently fixed after being damaged for a while and with in weeks someone damaged the other gate. I’ve seen people (I’m assuming without fobs) try to beat the gate closing or waiting for someone to leave and trying to drive into the exit. Possible Improvements: -Implement/enforce quiet hours. I don’t feel like it should be my responsibility to confront my neighbors. It builds tension in the building and make the living experience unpleasant. -Leave the gates open during office hours since people wait and piggy back anyway. -CAMERAS TL:DR - Pros: - Apartment size is Great - Price is comparable/cheaper to what’s available in Columbia at the same size -Amenities/Cable package -Decent parking Cons: Noisy Neighbors Slow Maintenance Centipedes/sewer bugs Tenant and their trash

Riddled with crime and management communicates with tenants poorly. Renter beware.

This place is overpriced, NOT SAFE AT ALL. My car was vandalized. Gate is most of the time broke. My wife had to call multiple times to get our bathroom fix. The maintenance takes forever. On summer time you will have to fix your A/C most days. Also, you will have to deal with an unprofessional, very rude front desk lady name Caurtnei. I had a bad experience with this apartment complex, specially the management. Very unprofessional and rude. If I could give -10stars I would . They don’t even deserve one star. They are refusing to give me my deposit back even after I left the apartment in very good condition.
