We recently moved into Wellspring Apartments (August 29, 2022). The apartment itself is nice and so is the overall complex but there were some maintenance issues that were not dealt with by management prior to us moving in. I am happy to say that management has responded favorably and these issues are being resolved. Both the maintenance staff and the office personnel are lovely, professional and efficient. The apartment complex, as I said, is very nice: pool, exercise room and a lovely wooded area for walks. We recommend Wellspring as a nice place to live. C. Fertig & F. Robinson

I moved to wellsprings back in April with my family ! It has been nice . I love how close it is to everything such as malls , restaurants etc. I love how friendly the other residents are . I love the amenities of the pool and the gym. The Office staff Mackenzie , Patrice and Alaysha has been nice and we’ve also faced some somewhat rude encounters from them but overall it’s been nice & definitely a change of scenery being from the City . I recommended a few people to live here.

Yes you can! On your resident portal you have the ability to pay rent, submit service requests, and sign your lease! Come to the office and ask us how you can ask your Amazon Alexa device, "Alexa, pay my rent"

Every apartment comes with a patio or balcony right off of your main living space.
Absolutely! Our community trails even provide direct access to the Rec Center. Once you are a resident, you take your lease to the rec center, and that's it! They have a full fitness center, indoor pool that is open year-round, a steam room, sauna, and much more!
Yes, we are very pet friendly! We also do not have a weight limit, only certain breed restrictions.
Washer and dryer is included in every apartment home at no additional charge!

Trash, Sewer is included. Water and Electricity is seperate. It is pretty quiet at night, like the rest of Columbia all over, there are people checking for unlocked cars but that is everywhere in this city. As long as you lock your vehicle you are fine.
