Highly DO NOT recommend!! After we signed the lease contract with the security deposit $250.00 and I moved in the apartment, the Hampton Courts charged me extra $400.00. When, I was asking information about this $400.00, they said that made a mistake about my security deposit and now the amount is $650.00. It's not fair this extra amount after we signed the lease contract. I requested at least an addenda with the correct amount, they never sent me this addenda. Now, it's asking me to pay $500.00. In the lease contract has this information "SECURITY DEPOSIT. Unless modified by addenda, the total security deposit at the time of execution of this Lease Contract for all residents in the apartment is $250.00, due on or before the date this Lease Contract is signed." They don't care about this. The Hampton Courts increases security deposit after lease contract is signed. If we don't pay, they charge more fee. They charge me another fee $100. I'm waiting my addenda. I'm very upset with this situation. Don't come to here. It's better look for another place that the manager respects the lease contract.

The Hampton Courts staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittney (Asst Manager) has helped me from start to finish. She makes sure things get done and looks after her residents. These types of things are definitely a big help when it comes to moving into a new area.

I am truly grateful for my experience at Hampton Court Apartments. It has been quiet, which allows me to sleep better. The assistant manager, Brittney went above and beyond to help both me and my husband to transition smoothly in our new place. Update: Near my apartment area is now another new dumpster, so I am very appreciative of this. I believe the situation of trash has been corrected & all is well. Thank you to all the Hampton Courts staff for helping to make my living experience a pleasant one!
