This is the worst place to live, the apartments are super outdated, the floor plans you see are not what you get. Roach infested apartments most if not all of them, cracks in countertops, mold growth, most of the electric sockets do not work in the bedrooms and living rooms! Getting your maintenance request handled in a timely manner is unheard of here, the staff cares more about updating the outward appearance than the actual inside issues. Showers, tubs, sinks and countertops all need replacing. The staff will make you think this is a good place to live it is not, they closed the pool beginning of the summer and never got whatever issues resolved to open it back up blaming DHEC, as soon as Labor Day rolled around “DHEC” signs came down. This place is a scam and isn’t worth any of the money.

Only concerned about outside appearances. Fixes promised were never accomplished prior to moving in. Rent, of course, is still the same. Take, take, take. I've place multiple work orders and nobody showed up....had to wait over a month to get a basic light bulb change and had to practically show out just for that. The rent is out of control. For the size, age, and quality of these apartments, the price at roughly $1,100 is way too much. Roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean and spray. Wild animal kids constantly banging stomping and throwing each other against walls. There's hardly ever quiet. Smells like the neighbors cook chitterlings all day. People are definitely disrespectful. When you stay here, you are but merely property within their property.

The new manager Cindy and her team are the best we have had here in the 15 years we have lived here, they are so friendly and helpful !

Put in a work order 4 months ago when we first moved in and they still never came to fix what was broken. The air went out and has been out for 2 weeks now. It’s a lot of bugs in the apartment, constantly coming in. At least 3 people has moved out within 4 months in building 8. Rent $1029 included 100 for water/sewer bill. I don’t think it’s worth that much considering it needs a lot of fixing and remodeling
