Came in for a tour after previously driving by the community and nothing but positive energy. All of my questions were answered, prices seemed reasonable and I am strongly considering joining the community once my lease is up in my current place. They're not income based. Of course they ask you what your income is and do a credit check to determine if you need a deposit but that's about it
