Everything negative review that is stated in the previous reviews are true. We paid a deposit without ever seeing the apartment. After we toured the apartment, I did not want to rent again. Unfortunately, that meant losing out on $700. Since, I didn’t want to “give” away money, we decided to follow through with renting. That was a mistake. I have a ton of complaints. However, the biggest complaints are: the bathtubs that look like they were installed when the building were built. They are yellow and stained. The floors are a dark vinyl and I’ve since moped them 3 times. The mop water is still black. Lastly, the air conditioner is not functioning properly. Do NOT rent an apartment here.

So last week I came by for a visit because i plan on moving to the area for work And although i didn’t have an appointment the ladies in the office all welcomed me with enthusiasm and this young lady Kaylan showed me a great apartment that would be a perfect fit for me and my daughter and answered all my questions! The property is beautifully kept!! Can’t wait to finalize everything!
