Moving from a different state has been a stressful experience with other apartment complexes but thankfully I found this place and Jacklyn (hope I spelled that right) has been amazing !!! She has made it a smooth experience for me she has gone above and beyond to rush the process due to my timeline. I am incredibly grateful and usually don’t write reviews but the customer service here is truly unmatched and it’s a breath of fresh air to entrust in people who take their jobs serious and help their customers.

2021 I’m editing this review And giving them a four star instead of at three. I’ve lived in Quail run apartments for almost one year. I have to say it’s been a good experience. The community feels safe walking the dogs people saying hi. The staff has done all that i’ll ask them to do to remedy what it look like when I first moved in. It’s a very nice apartment very decent community of people. I have not had a one single problem living here I do wish it was a newer set apartments but overall I have no complaints at all. 2020 at first glance.......Do Not go off Online Pictures (Deceiving) Not in best area of town. Older buildings, maintenance does patch work, apt wasn’t cleaned, bugs even with pest control (water bugs, fat short worm looking bugs, small worms), can’t see apartment until after lease is signed. No tennis court, laundry room not open. New carpet, New flooring and tubs. Reported Smelled like water damage under sink maintenance sprayed so it won’t mildew and that’s it. Buildings need updating/painting and more. If you can deal with this it’s a great size apartment. I am post a third review, down to two stars. I’ve never lived somewhere where mold removal wasn’t important. Well, I got a shocker with this complex. There was a slow leak in the furnace closet that mov to the closets and bedroom floor. I’m an asthmatic so once I found out about the leak shoes, clothing rug, dog bed was all molded. The smell was so loud I couldn’t live there. Management was terrible, maintenance half cleaned and repaired. It was the worst experience with housing I’ve ever had. I moved out and they move someone else right in.

Don't recommend. Seems nice and friendly at first and very inviting. They make u think ur approved to get 300.00 and deny u. The so called background checks go back 20 years. As if ur going to live in Beverly Hills. Or applying for a federal job Total scam.

** update... almost 4 years later, my air still isn't running properly after months of complaining. And it's like it's only my apartment. Supposedly had a new unit put in, then the maintenance manager was caught in conversation saying it was fairly new.. It was 68 degrees outside this morning and still only 74 in my apartment. Instead of fixing the issue, they continue to make temporary fixes. This is my last year out here. OH and if you're expecting the laundry room to work, it hasn't worked since I've been out here almost 5 years later so don't fall for the lie "we're working on it, it's coming soon." I've also called corporate in regards to my ongoing air issue. From the application process with Akita to actually moving in. Had some air problems but I was given a new unit and haven't had any problems since. The buildings are old, and need to be renovated on the outside, but the insides are beautiful and newly renovated and very spacious. It is very quiet and peaceful and definitely for families if you're looking for a safe place as well. We have on sight security and a gate system as well as gym and pool. I've been here for 2 years and the only problem I've had is with the water bugs but they come out and spray on a regular and on call. LOVE IT HERE!

Cool complex!!
$ 790 to $ 840 monthly
How far do they go back on background check?
Yes
It varies on the rent and yes they check your credit score
Quail Run is a nice quiet apartment complex with good amenities
An eviction stays on your credit for 7 years. Some apartment complexes will let you move in as long as it wasn't recently but the deposit Will be outrageous.
