I’ve been living here since May 2019.Back then, Icesis was working here and everything was über awesome! But after she left, and management Changed In 2020, the AC stopped working. Been trying to get it fixed only to get the run around. Now, in 2022, the AC still don’t work. And I have a nonverbal autistic son who has gotten heat rashes MULTIPLE TIMES! I’m SERIOUSLY considering not renewing my lease at the beginning of 2023 and getting another apartment near UofSC. If it wasn’t for Annie and her kindness, I would have left back in late 2021. Just a money grab at this point. Copperfield DO BETTER! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save your money and find somewhere else!

if you like black mold, no a/c ALL summer, a sink that leaks and one that won’t drain, loud neighbors, washer/dryer on site that do not work half the time, front desk staff who lies and will never help you or tell maintenance when you put in a request then this is the place for you! lived here most of my pregnancy and had to go to the doctors multiple times from the black mold they would not fix with multiple request on top of the filthy a/c they would not fix because it cost too much to replace.

They are just taking peoples money at this point . They knew they didn't have a 1 bedroom when they had me go through the whole application process . But their websites still show they have available units . Don't believe the websites

I wished I had read the comments from a year ago. Put in an application for a REFURBISHED apartment that was available only to find out that it wasn’t. Was shown a totally different apartment. Was told in order to get a refurbished apartment I would have to pay the new management rent($9**). This is with the old management still in place. Moved into my unit under the cabinet there was mail,food, and trash from previous family … told them about it nothing was done had to clean it myself…..under the sink was mildew only thing maintenance did was spray some type of spray(yes they left evidence) and slapped some type of flooring at the bottom of the kitchen sink plus maggots …. Couple days later front door knob is hanging by a thread…. Bathroom sink stopped up, bathroom tub literally peeling away(why no install new tubs) but no they have someone one to come out to repaint the tub two months in… window seals was painted over with dirt underneath….squeaky floors, old carpet…. Thin walls and flooring be mindfully of what you do…. Old AC units in my building and trust me they know but they will get to it when they get to it…All with a newborn.. mind you haven’t been here long and don’t forget the mix match appliances… I say wait until new management take over and change the place around fully
