Unprofessional and inconsiderate they never get anything done we went months almost a year with mold in my little brothers closet to the point the ceiling caved in. It’s been multiple shoot outs literally in the middle of the parking lot my mother was going to pick my brother up from work and instantly zoom back inside because it was a whole shot out and not to mention the fights and police who stay being called

Really bad infestation of rats and roaches that will affect your day to day life. Management switches alot. Electric fire risks. Infestation is completely uncontrolled.

Unprofessional, and Inconsiderate. We've been without Air Condition in the HEAT of the summer for about 3 weeks now without any known ETA on when the issue would be resolved. I've called and left voicemails on numerous occasions that went unreturned. I literally had to rush home to talk to someone physically which is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Being that heat rises and we're on the top floor our apt. has reached temperatures in excess of 90 degrees. They've never offered an alternative solution as far as portable units , industrial fans, etc. All they could say was that they're working on orders in which they receive them, but i guess this is "NON-ESSENTIAL". Property Management of this establishment needs to do something about this because at this point its deemed UNLIVEABLE. I've been a resident here for over 15 years which is ENTIRELY TOO LONG but its NEVER BEEN THIS BAD. SO ALL I'M GOING TO SAY IS IF YOU WERE LOOKING TO POSSIBLY INQUIRE ABOUT LIVING HERE DO NOT!!!!!!!! Just utterly RIDICULOUS

The staff is terrible but that's part do to owners every review that they have is true no place to recommend, everything you think it's going to better it just get worst and personally I think they will shut it down soon!
