Experience started good, air went out twice, water went out for a few hours, my car has been hit more then twice and my apartment started to leak from upstairs. Each incident it took them atleast 3 weeks to come out and nothing was ever fixed other then them replacing the socket covers. No where near worth the price.

Crooked..Kept my deposit...Was told since I wasn't denied, I couldn't get a refund. I have been on waiting list since April 2022..It is n is August 30th, 2022. Just contacted ON YOUR SIDE..

These are nice apartments!, but the neighborhood isn’t the safest. A shoot out this past week and the new company that took over is slow. There are people with no air conditioning that has kid’s on a daily & they still won’t fix it!. My auntie has not had her air fixed in almost over a week!. It’s time to call WIS New’s & they owe her at least a month free of rent for the BS…
