Horrible place to live.They do nothing at all. I put multiple work orders in with nobody came. My air was never fixed properly. I had to buy a window unit. I'm so glad to be in a house now. I wouldn't suggest anybody move there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.This is the worst place I have ever lived in.They don’t complete any work orders.They are very inconsiderate and want to put you out for not paying but why pay for something you can’t even live comfortably in.Down to the water bugs,spiders and appliance not working in the apartment.DO NOT MOVE HERE

As a previous tenant, the upgrades are evident to me. My new apartment has new cabinets, ceramic tile floors, and a ceiling fan which are a plus. Samara East apartments are renowned for being spacious, and centrally located between I-77 and I-20. Overall, I am pleased.

That’s a great question! Yes, you can pay rent and submit maintenance requests using Appwork. (https://residents.apprent.com/login) As long as you pay by ACH there are no fees whatsoever! Stop by the office if you need help getting setup!
Nope I live here and have no numbers that will work. U might need to come in they're open around 9:00 or 10 o clock. Since changing over to new management nothing is connecting. They're trying to get things organized.
