Must've been nice before covid but seems like they just hire childish big kids that were the same they are now as they were in high-school, petty and immature. They canceled our move in ON MOVE IN DAY because they didn't like the way they were being talked to after them delaying our application process for a week and then having to send multiple leasing agreements also delaying the process, then expect you to be all sweet and joly after us expressing how crucial it was to move in. We simply were giving the energy they gave to us back. Had everything there and ready to move in, they even told us wait until 3pm to get the room keys, so as soon as we left to wait on 3 we were notified with an email saying our application was canceled becausethey went to their "upper management" pulled out from under us without any warning or clue. Unprofessional, hire better people with better people skills.

Before we moved into apt 812.the carpet was not replaced,we had problems between the mold in that apartment went the closet.the old property Manager didn't put us in a apartment or didn't pulled up the carpet at all Carpet was started to tearing up.thin the property manager didn't replace it,they sending people to cleaning the carpet We had leak on top off roof.were one of the maintenance man from old neighbor,Thin that's when the roaches started coming out But start in the kitchen.one thing about us we had never kept no nasty house in our life The roaches coming Out not only the kitchen.but everywhere in the house So the fact y'all wouldn't do nothing about the carpet in there.when comes down to the roaches everywhere,we kept calling for the exterminator and put our name on list to spray in the apartment. nobody Didn't show up at all That's bad y'all take other people money.for rent and comes down to the apartments,you let the apartment go alway down and until somebody move y'all fixed the apartments back up🤬🤬

After a short time here we have truly loved our living experience. Whenever we had an issue (which was quite rare) we were able to reach out to the office and get positive feedback in a timely manner. With these trying times we never had to worry about our mail thanks to their secure delivery system. I really liked the convenience of online payments and service requests. The friendly staff, knowledgeable team and the maintenance personnel made us feel right at home. It was a pleasant experience living here and we appreciate all you did to help us feel comfortable. Many thanks to Angel, Kenyetta, Rico and all others who were there for us !! 🙂

Inconsistencies and lack of communication is what has turned me off from this place. Just try to get things in writing or ask the same questions multiple times to ensure you’re getting the same/correct answers. I signed my lease based off of misinformation given to me. I’m stuck impatiently waiting until next year so I can move away from here. There’s no point in speaking directly with anyone else in the office since I’ve now got the correct info.
