About 2 weeks ago, I complained repeatedly that my AC isnt working, and I left a pretty bad review. Another week later and my AC is still not fixed and at 8pm, my apartment is 80°. It's ridiculously hot and apparently no one can fix this issue. Someone was supposed to come by again today, but that was nearly 2hrs ago. The day they came by to "fix it" I received a call from the office asking that if they fixed it, would I remove my review. 😖 Well it still isn't fixed, it's still really hot, my poor dog is laying on the kitchen floor because he's hot. And I live on the 2nd floor... heat rises! If these guys can't fix it, I get it! But call someone who can! My electric bill is going to be through the roof because of this! 😠 6/13/22: Apartment at 85° 5:00pm--Called emergency maintenance number. Maintenance was rude, said they'd be out to fix my AC issue in 45min- 1hr, but never came. 7:00pm: Called emergency maintenance. Nicer person, said he would be out in an hour, and would call me when he was on the way. Never called, never came. 9/12/22 So management replied to my review. I sent a long email 4 days ago and never heard back. Why am I not surprised? The bogus apartment pictures Alera posted is NOT a representation of this complex. They don't take care of the grounds and they don't respond to issues. I guess I'll post some pictures of the overflowing dumpsters that have this place smelling HORRIBLE and the busted buildings and then we'll see what happens.

I guess if the complaints not in writing it’s not that serious but my mother has complained several times about the tree next to her building the branches need to be cut down and the only thing management can say is it’s not her responsibility. Well nature saying it is and now both of my mother’s vehicles are under a heavy tree branch that the storm took down.

This place is now under new management, I don’t understand where the good reviews come from. You can NEVER get in contact with anyone and when you do nothing is ever resolved. The garbage has not been picked up in weeks, the grass has not been cut, no type of maintenance has been done. The previous owners weren’t perfect, but by far better than the recent. I am very concerned that this place is going to go downhill fast. To Management, please take care of your property and your tenants!

Hands down the best complex i've lived at so far! Maintenance is on their ball. They have a new app that I used tell them that my AC wasn't working and 3 hours later someone just showed up to fix it!!
