This is the worst management I have ever dealt with. They have given me the run around from the start. I was told to pay a deposit for an apartment of $500. I paid application fee of $150. The apartment was never ready to begin with and at no point did they tell me. I called every day for weeks and nothing the manager never called me. Eventually I managed to speak with regional manager and told them I wanted a refund. They said it takes up to 30 days. It’s been nearly 50 days now which isn’t even legal to take this long. Had to call multiple times get the run around again. They then emailed me that they refunded me to my card instead of by mail like they said they would. They never refunded me my money. They robbed me of $500 and have stopped responding my emails and never call me back. Complete thieves. Do not move here !! Do not move here !

We have lived here for about 8 months and have been without AC twice, including now for a week. Mind being it’s mid August and hot. I am totally disgusted. While Tonya is a good manager, I question the owners of Harbour Landing Apartments. It’s always about money on why they can’t fix it but that is not my problem but yet we are the ones suffering.
