They will not tell you if the apartment is not available, spoke to Nikki and I received invalid and inconsistent information, she rushes you off the phone and and act as if she does not know the requirements for approval, this is your job take it more serious. I was denied with no explanation the office staff keep advising they are not able to see that info. HOW FAST DID IT TAKE FOR YOU TO ACCEPT MY MONEY AND APPLICATION? So why slow your process down when it’s time to explain? But this is an ongoing process. THE OWNER DOES NOT RESPONd. 8/14 Update: Corporate office sent me a canceled check which was mind blowing
