I was coming here from outta state to stay with my mom and decided to hit the pool with my brothers, then saw the pool was dirty and decided to clean it with the skimmer that was there, then a guy comes by saying i cant clean the pool because its not my job and i have no authority to clean the pool, as if i was using the skimmer as a weapon or something, then once i put it away he had a disgust look at me as if i did something wrong. Like cant i clean the pool for my own self?! Like who would want to goto a pool with leafs and bugs in it, and when trying to help them out they threaten you and request for your apt #!! Additionally, maintenance was not so great, it took almost 2 weeks for the carpet to get cleaned and along with that they never fixed the oven, sinks and microwave. Literally i went to wash my hands and water was leaking from the base of the faucet and when asking for assistance, i got blamed instead of any help.

This apartment complex is very poorly managed. It’s over priced. It takes months to get any maintenance done. There is only one garbage dumpster for this large complex

I have been a resident at this complex for two years and over the last year there has been multiple changes in management and maintenance. I had no issues and a really positive experience until recently with the most recent changeover. Each time the change happens it has gotten more careless, which is a shame because of how nice the apartments are and the property is. The dog clean up stations overflow regularly with dog bags left on the ground. The amenities like the gym and pool are great but have lacked upkeep. Utilizing the pool over the summer, the water has been murky most times and getting out of the water it leaves your skin itchy and immediately felt the need to shower afterwards. There were residents using pool skimmers to help clean the pool over the weekend to make it more enjoyable. Over the past few months, the pool has been closed about every other week due to murkiness or green algae forming on the water. More recently, DHEC has shut down the pool area not to be used. You pay a pretty price for rent and expenses added and you want to get the best experience for what you pay for. Recently, it was the end of my lease and upon moving out I read and signed a move out form months in advance letting them know my departure. As per the form request, I cleaned the apartment when I moved out. The only thing extra you could pay was Express move out and was over a hundred dollars to have the apartment complex clean your space for you at an extra fee if you chose to. After paying my remaining days of utilities days after I moved out, I have recently found out after calling the office that I only get $5 refunded of my security deposit back because they used the rest to clean my carpet in one room, microwave and stove...AND my remaining utilities which I already paid! No where in the move out contract did they say they would charge you for cleaning extra when the apartment was already cleaned. During my residency, we would get a utility bill every month behind. The management lady on the phone when I inquired then said utilities were charged two months behind. Then I was suppose to see the bill itemized on my payment portal showing the charge. I went on to my portal since a month ago and no payment history shown and footprint has been wiped cleaned since I logged on last. This is coming across as sketchy and unprofessional business! Renter beware!

They don't have either, you have to use the coin washers and dryers near by
