I'm not a fan of a place that'll take your money and application and never call you back with an update. Even though you've called constantly for 3 months, practically begging for an update.

This place is a big joke. I have never called a rental office as much as I've called this one. I've only been here since 3/15/21. We live and we learned. This is just a temporary place for my mother and I. The way they leave trash around here is ridiculous. I really expected better but they are slumlords and maintenance sucks. Save your time and energy.

The landscaping of this complex is beautiful. But looks are deceiving. Our apartment was thrown together upon moving in. The AC did not work upstairs and the apartment stayed two different temperatures. They suggested we buy a window unit to put upstairs. There were paint stains in the bathrooms and the tile/flooring was not secure.The AC vents were full of old trash. Maintenance is slow and outwardly complain when they did come to fix something. On-call maintenance does not answer the phone. And the professionalism of the staff depends on what day you catch them.

I moved in to the unit 7/16/2020. I lost meat because the refrigerator did not work and it took 3 days to replace it. This is after I I asked if I should bring my own. The refrigerator still does not have adequate temperature to store food. The master bathroom tub leaks constantly as does the kitchen sink. I have a 68.00 electric bill for 8 days. The Ac unit runs non stop and has never cooled below 72, and this is at 2am. I asked if I needed a stove because I had an adequate one and was told no, the unit had one. It does, but is about 20 years old and is disgusting. I was told by Marveay, ( correct spelling unknown) the maintenance man has moved on to other Tennant issues and he will get to me when he can. You are required to have renters insurance which is an additional cost to the 950 a month rent. Larissa has been as professional and empathetic as is the maintenance man who has tried to fix the ac. I have asked for a regional or corporate office number or supervisor and was told there is none. The apartment I paid my deposit for was no longer available and I was told I could not get my deposit back. When I paid my deposit I was told if the apartment is not available on the prospected date at no fault of my own I would get a refund. So I was lied to before I moved in.
