I went there when they first re-opened.. My burger was burnt and my tots were hard.. 🥺😡.. Josh the new General Manager came into the Wilkes-Barre store and is Definitely doing an amazing job.. My burger was great after he came and made the place better, the staff is also very nice and helpful.. If you tried them when they first re-opened and didnt like it, go back and try again.. Tell Josh, Valerie sent you.. lol.. Have a Blessed Day..

It wasn't very busy, which worked out because there was only one employee running the whole show. She did a great job and still got our food to us in a timely manor, hot, and fresh.
