Lived there 4 yrs. Rent started at 999.00 this year want to charge 1560.00 (900 sq ft) Also handed the keys over on the 1st of October, maintenance was in the apartment the following Monday and the rest of the week, I assume painting and carpet and whatever else. But yet I was charged for trash, water and service fee until the 10th. They will charge you every chance they get, be in your apartment every chance they get. This place is trash! Top to bottom trash!

I stayed in this community for almost 4 years and we really loved it. My kids had a wonderful time. Service was really great and fast (most of the time). I would like to thank the property manager and other staffs for their support. They were very kind and patient in understanding the residents concerns. Community is keep improving with lot, we will definitely miss it.

Best 5 years I had spent in the Complex, Management were very helpful and understanding. Very friendly people in particular Ms Lexie and Ms Anette. I moved to another State and I really miss the the professional treatment of the Preserve stuff. Thanks for the best 5 years of my life.

Disrespectful office staff. Give less than 24 hour notice of entry and ignore request to accommodate anxious pets during entry by making appointment times, completing work on time and respecting their tenants. Clearly stated not to enter due to anxious pet as they missed scheduled time they entered anyway. When asked about it the manager stated “I wasn’t asking for permission I was telling you I’m entering this is MY property”
