Do not take your loved ones here they think there going in for an hour long appointment and suddenly their not aloud to leave you try and ask them questions about discharge and they keep saying they don’t know its up to the doctor but you cant speak with the doctor if you have insurance they want to keep you longer there money hungry they do not care what there doing to these peoples lives as long as there getting paid

Horrible communication. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for inpatient.

My relative checked in, voluntarily, and is being held against her will. I’ve called the CEO, compliance officer, the medical board, 911, and the news stations. Once you want to leave they force you in a room to drive you crazy to give you a reason act out so they can hold you. They don’t even deserve one star and I would never refer anyone here. We are hiring an attorney to look into civil action against this prison.

Stay clear of this place!!! If you have insurance, they will hold you captive for every second they can!!! I have a loved one there on a 72 hr hold. She has no history of mental issues, just needed some help. They left her unseen by the doctor for 22 1/2 hrs so that they could “legally” keep her over the weekend and extend her stay to 6 days!!! She arrived at 9am on Tuesday and they intend to keep her every minute they can (without prosecution) to milk her insurance. Let that sink in… she needed a break from her life and they are keeping her captive!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!! And I will dedicate every ounce of my extensive resources to shut it down. Come Monday, this isn’t over. YOU ARE HURTING THE VERY PEOPLE YOU ARE TRUSTED TO HELP!!!

You can check out our "Preparing for Your Stay" page on our website (What to Expect > Preparing For Your Stay) to learn more about what you can bring with you.
This is medically unsafe. If you're withdrawals are so severe that you are hallucinating, it could mean a lot of different things that could have serious long term effects or even including death. This place has no response to this post but to the ones that hype them up they seem quick to respond to?? Smh. If this is true, you're not worthy of being able to say you have another humans best interests at hand. May God heal your troubled and cold hearts
Yes they do, they also have inpatient as well as intensive outpatient programs
We work with most insurance providers. Please give us a call and we can answer any other questions you might have.
I don't do group therapy.. Only one on one. I guess i need to cancel my appointment - Tjis place would be efficent if they had better options. @ Julie Winters I highly recommend seeking out Adult Children of Alcoholic & Dysfunctional Families Meetings in your area. They can help with your posted situation. You can also find them by searching ACA or ACoA Meetings Near Me
You can view our patient visitation schedule on our website (What to Expect > Visiting Hours).
Go to the BMW with the proper documentation that you are a resident of Ohio and they will make the changes.
Yes, they accept Medicare. Just had an inpatient stay of ten days on Medicare insurance.
Please call us to speak with one of our financial counselors about your options.
Please call us to speak with one of our financial counselors. They will be able to walk you through your insurance coverage and what other options are available for you.
We encourage ongoing communication with loved ones and significant others. We have designated times on the daily schedule for phone calls. Exceptions to the phone schedule can be made for urgent situations. If you are calling to speak to a patient, please make sure you have his/her patient identification number. Without that number, we are unable to confirm/deny whether a particular person is one of our treatment programs.
Treatment programming is delivered in a group setting, and individualized to meet each patient's needs, based on an individualized treatment plan. 1:1 therapeutic interactions also occur to discuss discharge planning, and when group alternative treatments are indicated.
You can bring your cell phone with you but it's only able to be used in emergency situations under staff supervision. Your cell phone will kept in a secured locker.

Not a doctor there, was in for mental health reasons, but from other patients' disclosure of why they ended up going in - yes. They do.

They are much more group-based. During inpatient, I met once one-on-one during two-week stays (and I've had multiple). The meeting was less than 15 minutes. I had similiar experiences with their PHP and IOP programs. There is a program called Solutions (one is in mason, one in Lebanon), which does IOP group programs, along with at least once per week one-hour or more one-on-one individual sessions between you and the therapist leading your group.
