This company has some of the most unprofessional people I have ever witnessed. I call to get a supervisor to help me with a situation that me and the company were having, and they utterly refused to escalate the call because they felt they were just superior as their supervisor (which I found out they weren't). Then when I asked for her information, she absolutely refused to give me her ID# or last name (Ginger EXT: 6293 also stated that she will always be sitting there at her desk, and she'll be waiting). I absolutely cannot believe how unprofessional the company has been these past few years. Progressive was never that kind of place. At least that what I thought.

Terrible insurance company! They hire dishonest and unprofessional people. Anne Conley and Victoria Tidwell are as terrible as the company they work for. Progressive is a scam! Do not waste your money with them.

I had a car accident Saturday December 11th. Today is Tuesday, December 14th and progressive has made mistake after mistake. They have not moved my car yet, and all I am getting is apologizies and promises that they don't keep.
