Does NOT allow German shepherds. GERMAN SHEPHERDS OF ALL DOGS? Seriously?! Not even my senior arthritic German shepherd would be allowed here. I asked. I offered for them to see her. Nope. “If we did it for you we would have to do it for everybody.” What? Then maybe you should recognize how common and loyal German shepherds are if you are evidently turning so many away. Isn’t that absurd? German shepherds are not nearly as reactive as labradors or even chihuahuas but those aren’t banned. Reviews also talk about trash everywhere. I guess management is not only afraid of dogs but afraid of cleaning too. Lol. Rent ridiculously high for such tight restrictions and poor maintenance. Avoid at all costs.

The best place to live. Miss Nina is always willing to help. Emails come in to inform you of changes or for maintenance. Once there is an issue that needs fixing, maintenance responds within 24 to 48 hours.

Office staff is always so professional and Courteous! I’ve been going through a lot this year and they have worked with me when they didn’t have to. I also have had to call about a few minor maintenance issues and their response was immediate; they Definitely ensure that the needs/concerns of their tenants are not just met but that they are top priority. If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
No grills are permitted within the community however we do offer designated grilling areas for your convenience and enjoyment!
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
We do not offer a resident referral program. Please let our office know if your friends or family want to join our community.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. For any number of pets, there is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $250 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed here.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, you’ll pay a late charge of $100.
