Unprofessional support staff! Billed several times for same date of service! Paid co-pays at time of service still got billed!

Can’t get response , left several messages. I like dr rao but can’t communicate!!!!! I read the comments and your response is all ways “ we strive ……”. Same Response every time. So let’s see you strive. Very disappointed

They don't call you back nor respond to online appointment requests. You can't get through to a live person in Oxford or Ocala.

Went in for a urine sample due UTI. Was in the office for 30 minutes. No direct information as to what prescription would be given. My doctor will be informed. Very unprofessional.

I am scheduled for a prostate MRI. Do they do them head first or feet first? Does your head stick out of the machine?

no your whole body is in the MRI machine. Hope you're not claustrophobic but they will also give you a sedative if you requested through your doctor

We keep trying to call the office, but all we get is an answer that says the mailbox is full. We then call the main number, and we get directed back to the number that never gets answered. How do we schedule appointments?
