This was my first time tubing so really didn't have any idea of what to expect. Zen tubing communicated really well via email so I knew where to go and then there was an employee to help answer questions and get us to the bus. There does need to be better communication as far as the employees at the launch point. The directions we got were "When you see a bridge with graffiti that says SNAKE FARM, go to the right." That was it. It was a bit concerning not to know where the exit was because it was about 30 minutes past the bridge. Signs along the way with how much farther till the exit point or a more comprehensive explanation would have been really helpful for us new to tubing. Our drivers were great, very personable. Overall positive.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The current was a little slower than usual so it took about 3 hours to complete the lazy River which was fine by us. We brought a cooler with drinks, snacks, and a speaker so we had everything we needed to relax and have a good time.

We had a great time and everyone was so nice and helpful. The entire process from booking online to getting out of the river went smoothly. We arrived on time and I really liked that they kept your keys safe while you have fun. They took us up to the drop in spot and gave us the necessary info to know for floating and we had a great time. It was a slow day on the water and very easy for any age. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you!! We found out Zen on the river and enjoyed it!

We went tubing with Zen yesterday and absolutely loved it. We loved how easy check in and transport were. We loved that they offer more than one paddle as our group had two parties that wanted to help steer over the small rocks. We were met halfway by a huge flock of geese and it was absolutely amazing to get to see them up close. The current was super strong so neither of the 9-10 year olds were able to swim but the floats were excellent for some big and tall men and plus size ladies. The steps getting in and out were great and the staff was super helpful.

You can make your reservation online and pay with a credit card. If you want to add a cooler tube you can give them $5 once you arrive. It was very efficient when we went.
