Awful place to live. Service requests are incredibly slow, even when it's considered an emergency. It took almost 2 MONTHS to get my AC fixed in the middle of summer, then when it broke again a week later, it took another MONTH before it got fixed. I pray I don't have any other maintenance related problems. Can't forget about the new parking pass policy. If your cheap, plastic pass melts in the summer sun and falls off, get ready to make a 30+ mile trip to LUGOFF and pay over $300 to get it back. Clearly something shady going on, but hey, at least rent here is about $20 cheaper than the next one bedroom apartment, right? Rude staff, barely bother answering a phone or may not even be in the office during hours. Unsafe, mail has been stopped multiple times because of break-ins. Dogs are left to roam freely, and I witnessed a dog get shot for it. Not safe by any means, and nobody seems to care. It's worth the extra 20 minutes to find a cheaper place and make that longer drive to the city every day. Trust me.

Service requests are slow to be answered and you can tell they renovated recently but the contract obviously went to the lowest bidder... Decent place for the price and easy to save for a house or other expenses in the meantime
