Wish I could give 0 stars… For the amount of money that my roommates and I pay to live here ( more than many other options in the area), we are all extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the complex. Starting at move-in the staff was not friendly and when arriving to our apartment we found the condition truly unacceptable. It seemed as though nothing was cleaned, and the state of the apartment was truly disgusting. On top of that there was paint spilled on the carpets, the tile and even the couch. Our air filter was so dirty we had to go out and purchase our own and change it because the point the old one was at was absolutely unhealthy. We had even found items and remnants of the previous tenants here, my roommate found previous tenants clothes and underwear in her closet and dresser area which is truly disturbing. Furthermore, we have sent in many maintenance requests and called and followed up and even visited the office to check the status of our requests. These requests have been not been fulfilled after nearly a month, our requests have been canceled, I personally have been hung up on by the staff and the time that maintenance did come to our apartment to fix our dryer, they did not even fix it. Our dryer is still not functional. I have no blinds in my room and people at the pool can see in my room at all hours of the day. The tiles in my bathroom are not connected to the floor, and my roommates sink doesn’t not work to the point that she has to wash her face in the bathtub. These are just the some of the many issues. Our apartment was absolutely not move-in ready and we have had to either fix the problems ourselves with our own time and money or continue to try to work with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I have had many other issues and concerns with this complex but these are just the ones on the top of my head currently. My mother even contacted the regional manager of greystar and they basically did a whole a lot of nothing as well, because nothing has changed in regards to our situation. I feel as though this complex has no respect for us and the money we pay to live here. I truly am disappointed at my living experience here and will absolutely not recommend it to any other students for the upcoming lease year. I will actually try my best to voice about my disastrous experience here so that other students will not make the same mistake that I have and sign a lease here because it has truly been a nightmare for everyone involved. There is also a previous review by Na Ku that I completely agree with as well and have definitely experienced many of the issues that she recognized in her statement.

Ridiculous charges ($65 for walls that were spotless except for tack spots), safety not a priority - unlocked doors intended for scanning fobs frequently unlocked (well, until the shooting here, when they improved things). Parking garage door was damaged and not fixed for months, so anybody could park here, and no response to lightning strike of building, which messed up the internet and left half of the building's doors useless as fobs wouldn't work. And the attached photo shows what they were entirely willing to charge me $65 for. Absurd. Only ever put up posters on the walls, which did not leave the equally spaced smudge marks barely seen on the wall. Edit: the staff here has been incredibly inflexible when it has come to any sort of refund for the charge of $65. They have not offered to do anything for me in terms of removing or reducing this fee, for damages which I insist I am not the cause of or responsible for.

If we could give this place zero stars, we would. My daughter had the most awful time staying here due to the conditions, treatment from the office, and constant issues that the office seemed to just ignore. The office does not care about their residents; they do not even leave their office to talk to residents and let them in, they have the door locked and then crack it open to talk to their residents. More than 4 of her packages have been stolen there and they always refused to check the cameras. Her and her friends have felt uncomfortable going to the office because of one of the office workers there flirt with younger women and have approached them on dating apps. Completely unprofessional. When she first moved into her new unit in January, it was filthy. You would think paying $700+ a month, their unit would come clean. She reported all of these things on her inspection and took all these pictures, yet we were still charged $700+ for things she was not responsible for. Her roommates that had lived there prior told her about the girl that lived in her room before and how they had to hire movers and exterminators. The carpet was stained, her door was broken, everything was dirty, walls were marked up, drywall was cracking, and so much more. The leasing manager Angela there is rude. I have seen her speak to my daughter as if she were a lower class citizen but then change her demeanor when parents call. When we called corporate about moving out, they had let us know there is a resident log that is supposed to track every time you call and when they pulled my daughter's up, it was blank; but that was ok because we had our phone records to prove everything else and only then did we receive an apology for what she had gone through. Once when my daughter had gone up to report her feeling unsafe in her unit, the only thing they said to her was that it wasn't their problem. They DO NOT care about any of their students living there. Do not waste your money living here. Management here doesn't know what they're doing and your child is better off living somewhere else. There is so much more we could say about this place but it is not worth our time and energy. We will update this review after speaking with corporate about the outrageous bill they sent, us knowing we left the place better and cleaner than before.

We've already signed a lease for a second year BUT have had extreme and lengthy wi-fi issues - during exams nonetheless - that also affected security cameras in the parking lot, and now the elevator in the building is broken AGAIN. It's regretful at this point. Not to mention that when my daughter had major knee surgery in September, I was told I couldn't get a visitor parking pass when I came to help her, and then had an unreturned call from a manager about it. The only elevator broke over the December break on a Monday, and they did NOT send out an email warning students. My daughter had a second knee surgery over the break and returned not knowing the elevator was broken; we put her in a hotel for first two nights back because walking four floors up and down was too much for her - still is, actually... she has to find places to go to only make the trip up and down once a day. Thankfully she had good friends willing to help her unload her car. Still no update on elevator repair, and ironically, the wi-fi is out AGAIN today. An addendum after their response seven months later - just because they can explain it doesn’t make it right or corrected efficiently. Since this post, the elevator has been out for more than three days six times, including now - which meant it wasn’t working for most of the people who have moved in over the past week! Additionally, the wifi has had a similar pattern, out for multiple days over five times.
