If you are not there before 8 am you will be walking a good while. And then to find a spot to set up is another challenge
Not likely at all. If you do not get there very early is most likely that you will need to park outside. However, if you go after 4:30 people start leaving and you can be there for a while.
Not likely on a hot day.
