If we stop to rest there how long to rest a day or 2

I stop there very often when I drive to Sacramento Airport. And I always see people there that spent at least the night.

Rest stops are for restroom breaks, stretch your legs, and maybe lunch not intended for camping over night. Signs are posted.

? It is a standard, typical, highway rest area. You don't stop and plan on staying days on end. It's a rest area to stretch your legs, use restroom, vending machines, etc.

Youvare nt suppose to stay longer than 8 hours. It is only a rest stop for traveling.

It's just for short breaks.

Depending on the location there's a sign when you split automobiles trucks

I believe there is a sign that says no multi day

I don't think they are meant to stay for extended periods. Rest areas are meant for bathroom breaks, eating a meal, perhaps a nap but not multiple day layovers
