We parked in lower handicapped space. We were one block away from Sac Memorial Auditorium. Felt safe, ate dinner at adjoining restaurant Capital Garage. Parked for five or six hours & it cost around twenty bucks.

The garage was clean and the cashiers are very nice unlike city garages.....

This is the worst parking garage in Sacramento. It costs $6/hour, and the public can only park on the 6th floor where all the spots are compact. If you're trying to park in this area, there are plenty of outdoor public lots that cost $10/day. At least the parking attendants were nice and professional.
