Honestly, as a parking garage goes, it's great. Free for the first hour, which works great for visiting people at Sutter. Easy in and out. I always find a spot. Spots are real small, but otherwise 👍

I can't stand this parking lot. The parking spaces are drawn too narrow, and the fact it's a freeway is right on top of it is unnerving. It can also get extremely congested, and it's not nearly large enough to handle the business going to the hospital and various medical buildings. One thing in its favor, the fees are inexpensive.

The first time we went was on a Sunday it was free the next Sunday we went we had to pay not sure what's up with that. The parking stalls are so close together you're liable to scrape the other person's car or vice versa. Parking stalls are hard to find. Very narrow. Not enough handicap spaces.

This is probably one of the worst parking lots in Sacramento people scrape your car the Stalls are not lined up right you're pretty much almost guaranteed to get a dingo a scratch in this parking lot!!

My newborn granddaughter was in NICU for 55 days and only 1st hour is free but we found if gate is open it was free and Sundays were free. There is a pay station there that only takes credit cards at the exit gate but there is another close by if you have to pay to leave. My kids also had a pass too otherwise it would've been very expensive on their limited income with missing work.
Depends how long you stay, 15 doller maximum
It takes cards at the automatic machines. If you go directly to the exit, they take only cash
