We worked with Julian to sell our home in Santa Cruz County during a very competitive time in the market. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our investment and always encouraged us to think about what we could do to make the house shine on listing day. Not only that, he put in a good amount of sweat equity himself and led all onsite coordination for us as out-of-state sellers.
