Hi Tita, Thanks for reaching out, The Ultimate C380 isn't specifically limited to paved roads, however we would always suggest using caution on loose surfaces such as dirt paths or dirt roads. We wouldn't suggest rougher unpaved roads due to the tires which are more oriented towards paved surfaces, as well as the suspension which is meant to absorb road imperfections but not meant for mountain biking. Hi Larry, Thanks for you question. We chose to spec hand brakes for the North American models to be better suited for the hilly terrain found more commonly in North America than the Netherlands.

To activate the walk assistance function, short-press the button “WALK” on the Purion display. It's located on the underside of the unit, opposite the power button on the top of the unit. After activation, press button “+” within 3 seconds and keep it pressed. The eBike drive is switched on for WALK mode. Note: The walk assistance cannot be activated in the “OFF” assistance
