Ok .. 5 bucks to park in a garage. Street parking is often hard to get.

We reserved our spot the night before a large event so we didn't have to drive around searching for a parking spot, and we were quite glad we did because it sure filled up. The $18 fee was a little surprising but I guess that's the going rate these days? Appreciated not having to drive around, and leaving was easy as I had the pass on my phone and the attendant scanned it and we were off. Very simple.

Parking here for the performing arts center is great. A short walk over and it’s pretty cheap to park. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Very accessible, the early bird rate is perfect with almost no competition from around. There are a few free EV chargers that are mostly available, should be only 4 hours but people usually leave their cars more time there even when not charging. There are 3 exits/entrances that can be confusing when getting out and when you try to find your car

This is actually a parking gardge that is automated. So it is open all the time. Just pull a ticket. Before you exit, visit a machine on the first floor to pay and exit.
That's a good question. I'd think you could call the security desk?
When Music Circus is going on and the Memorial Auditorium is open now I've noticed that you need to make reservations when Advance sometimes weeks in advance other times not so
You can pay on the 14th Street side lobby with cash.
It's open on weekends to cardholders.
I dont know the day you are going and/or if you are getting there early to grab a bite to eat first at the many restaurants/bars in that area.
