Bring cash. It makes zero sense, but this garage only accepts cash for public users. And no there isn’t any ATM anywhere nearby.

Something like $3.75/hr up to $20 max, cash only. If you work for the State of CA, your state employee badge should get you a discount to $8 flat rate, again cash only.
