This funeral home is the worst ever they had no heat in the facility things that we wanted did not work the owner was not there they had kids in the facility helping my dads Funeral was horrible

Funeral services went well, so I give the one star, but overall I do not recommend this business. Having them complete the monument part of the contract was extremely stressful and they did not fulfill the full order, so they try to make it so that you lose some of your money. The owner also owns Effie's Monuments and if you look at those reviews you will see the very poor business ethics of the owners. Save yourself additional grief and spend a few more dollars for a place that will complete the services you pay for. You will save yourself from the anguish of having to follow up constantly on something you wish to put to rest. They drag out a process that one never wished to experience in the first place.

Very unprofessional, went to have the services for my brother in law here and the place smelled like pure cigarettes. after making arrangements for my brother in law, I did not realize I forgot my wallet. When I returned for my wallet, the staff was in office smoking cigarettes hanging out while there was a funeral going on downstairs. I demanded a refund which they did not give to me until the new funeral home picked him up. When we returned the following day the place still reeked of cigarettes. When they refunded the money they charged my family $350. They obviously do not care about the families and that isn't right. If I were able to give zero stars I would.
