Horrible! Video quality was not HD. I canceled the trial the same day I signed up. Fubotv attempted to charge my credit card even though I had canceled the trial. You can read hundreds of complaints on the BBB website and probably thousands more online! Other people have experienced the same unethical behavior! I received a very rude answer to an email from a rep named "Angel". I would strongly advise NOT doing business with this company. Charging a credit card on a canceled account in my opinion is stealing! Be very careful with Fubotv!! The subscription was canceled the same day I enrolled! It appears I along with many others dislike the service Fubo TV provides.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 35 years of life. Cancelled my subscription back in May because we got cable, looked at my bank statement today and saw that fubo has billed me $80 for September and October... I called them and they told me I only put my subscription on pause. They told me they will not refund me my money, even though we haven't even used it because we didn't even know we had it... The representative told me I was lucky, because they're a subscription service that normally companies will make them keep the subscription for several months or charge a cancellation fee... I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep told me to hold on a minute and repeated the speal about them being a subscription service and then told me his supervisor told him they will not refund me. I repeated I wanted to speak to the supervisor because that is unacceptable and he told me no, that he can ask a supervisor to call me back within 2 to 3 days.... Wow this is truly unacceptable Update: I copy and pasted the exact review on to thier Facebook page and they didn't respond, deleted it and made it to where I cannot comment on thier page anymore... Don't do business with this dirty company

Signed up for a 7day trial. They even tell you they’ll send you a message before billing you but then in the end they’re like any other trial, you get nailed with an $87 charge and they won’t refund it. You can’t even chat with a human - it’s all not based. I wouldn’t ever recommend them. I also see that Fubu responds to their reviews but apparently don’t care enough to ever make it right. And give me a call - give me a partial refund - I won’t be using your service. I got a week, watched on Monday night game. 50-75% refund would make sense. Give and take compromise but you just won’t compromise- instead say “thems the rules” which make you like every other cable tv company and thus why you have a 3 star rating on Google

The service is horrible sometimes. The live event exclusivity is just to prevent people from watching. Worst streaming service ever. Today Milan -juve was working 1minute and freezing 2 minutes. Also this morning, inter -sassuolo cut off for several minutes. I am so disappointed by this service and i will not recommend. It is a shame to have exclusivity and don't provide a reliable service. I did not find a way to watch games on other platforms or alternatives. I tried everything, restart, reboot , i have very stable internet and best equipment on he market to watch events, support was horrible, repeating restart ,reboot etc..
