Can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. I've seen both Dr. Levin and Dr. Fliegelman over the past few years for some intermittent tonsil and sinus concerns. Both doctors are lovely and care about their patients. I've had a history of enlarged tonsils since I was a child, but beginning this fall I had been having reoccurring infections that wouldn't clear despite several rounds of different antibiotics. After a consultation with Dr. Fliegelman and several follow up phone calls to have additional questions answered, I decided to have them removed. A tonsillectomy as an adult is less than pleasant, but I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Fliegelman. The day of the surgery went smoothly, and everything went as well as it could have. Dr. Fliegelman even called later that evening to check in which was very thoughtful. As a panicked patient, I did have many questions throughout the healing process, and the office was always great with same day call backs to answer the many questions that I had. Unfortunately about a week and a half into healing, I had a somewhat common complication that had to be addressed at the ER. Dr. Fliegelman was with us every step of the way and met us at the local ER during the early morning hours. He expedited the very lengthy and ineffective ER procedures and prioritized getting me into the operating room as soon as possible. He thoroughly explained all discharge instructions to my husband and we were home in a matter of hours. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this practice to family and friends. It is nearly impossible to find caring doctors who prioritize patient comfort these days. Although the surgery and recovery have been challenging, I know I made the right choice and was in good hands! Thank you Dr. Fliegelman and team!

I came for an audiology consultation, my second visit. But before that you have to see the doctor per se. This time I saw Dr Fliegelman. Since I had the chance to talk to an ENT I mentioned my chronic nasal and throat congestion. He looked briefly into my throat, not nose and gave me a prescription nasal spray. He didn't explain however what it does and how long to use it. According to the long leaflet it is intended to relieve running nose, which I don't have. It shouldn't be taken longer than 4 days with a cold or 3 weeks with allergies. But I got 6 refills! It didn't help and I felt very uncertain about it. I have lost my smell and taste after Covid and asked him about it. He said that his cousin had the same and when it finally came back, all food smelled and tasted like garbage, really awful, hahaha, he laughed and found that very funny. Why would he tell me that? I asked whether most of his patients regained their smell/taste. He shrugged and said: eventually. I had to fight my tears back. I won't see them again, what a lack of compassion and professionalism.
