I bought this ticket reservation for my husband. When he tried to exit, the bar code was read but the arm did not lift. He pressed the help button and they told him to go to exit at level 1. At level one, they said he could not exit because the ticket shows the vehicle has already exited. They accused him of sneaking in by following another car in, and obtaining a bar code of someone else. With graduation traffic backed up behind him, the attendant said he could pay the full day price of $25.00 with no receipt or sign a parking ticket to which he would have to pay full day and fine. He took the parking ticket so he could fight it later. When he called customer service after he was released from being held in the parking garage by extortion, he was told he has to pay within 48 hours then fight for reimbursement later. He had a horrible, horrible experience, therefore so did I. Complete and utter shameful situation.
