I brought my 4 year old daughter to a pool party hosted at this location. After about 30 mins of swimming my daughter came crying to me about a cut in her foot. After examination I see a fairly large gash in her toe. I wrapped the toe in a bandaid and sent her on her way. About 15 mins later another little girl, age 5, from the party ends up with a decent sized cut. Then again after another 10 mins a third girl from the party, also age 5, ends up with a cut. I start looking for the life guard to let them know that something is cutting these kids. I find three life guards congregated around the lifeguard stand having a chat. I had to verbally interrupt their conversation because they didn’t even notice I was standing there waving at them. Too busy talking… After getting their attention and explaining the situation one of the lifeguards explained to me, in a condescending tone, that there was no issues with the pool and that’s just how it is. Basically telling me that if my daughter and her friends feet are too sensitive to be in the pool then they shouldn’t be in there. Not one of the three life guards even bother to go and see if there was an issue. I realized they had no intention of actually doing anything so I went and looked myself. I found multiple areas of the pool that clearly had loose plaster and debris sitting at the bottom of the pool. At this point my daughter has gotten a second cut in her foot and we decided to leave. The on duty life guards showed a complete lack of care for the well being of my daughter or the other kids at this party. Considering the fact that this party was for kids ages 4-10 you would think that the life guards could at the very least pay attention instead of having personal conversations. I will not be returning here again.

Great pool. 10+ lanes with diving boards, separate kids pool, and spray area. Lap swim most days too!
