Scary not safe to park your car here after 7pm on any given night of the week. There is no real lighting and drug sales pass hands right outside of it on the street also NO SECURITY FOR YOUR CAR EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY TO PAEK IT THERE.

Using the barcode reader on my phone is difficult. Rooftop parking has a very nice view. I recommend using the Parkwhiz app.

An excellent location. I paid $5 for parking when I took my family to Frank Fat's, which was less than 2 blocks from this garage. This garage is great for anyone wanting to explore downtown Sacramento. Unlike other parking garages, none of my vehicles have ever been tampered with while parked there.

Typically people who lost their ticket, cant pay for their ticket, the driver is driving a commercial vehicle and performing a service in the garage like fixing a flat tire, or perhaps a city vehicle coming out. If anything sketchy seems to be going on no matter where you work or live it only makes sense to take down information that's avaliable to the public.
I believe it's $18 Max on a weekday and $5 on nights and weekends.
Yes, they do have it by the 10th and 11th street elevators.
Yes they are open 7 days a week. Here is the info from the city website. Weekday Rates (6 a.m. to 5 p.m.) $1.50 each half hour or fraction thereof $25.00 daily maximum charge Weekend Rates $1.50 each half hour or fraction thereof $5.00 daily maximum charge all day Evening Rates (5 p.m. to 6 a.m.) $1.50 each half hour or fraction thereof $5.00 nightly maximum charge
Not to my knowledge.
No you could call the office that you're having the hearing at, but I don't think so. However you could go to one of the establishments that do validate their and purchase something small and I believe it's 5 bucks off.
5 bucks on weekends
cost of parking
Not sure about reservations or hours. Don't park there if you have a truck. It's a trap. Nice high ceili vs going in and super low ceilings to get out.
According to city of sac website it's $1.5/hour with a daily maximum of $20 on weekdays, a daily maximum of $5 on weekends and a nightly maximum of $5 on evenings (5pm-6am).
