This property management makes such small tasks seem like they are impossible! Ever since they have taken over it has been a nightmare. I have been calling every single day now for at least 2 months, leaving voicemails etc and not once have they ever called me back. They had told me before they would take care of it and I trusted them yet when they did "solve my issue" they only made it worse by charging me more in rent rather than showing the funds I had previously paid. Thank god for my bank statements and screenshots because they obviously don’t know what they are doing!!

I can't speak in regards to all of the property managers at this company, but the one I was working with during the application process was very patronizing and disrespectful. I was given misinformation and when I addressed it they wouldn't acknowledge it and made excuses. Though we were approved, we ended up deciding not to go with them because of their communication issues and disrespect.

Horrible property management company known for scamming both renters and owners. Check out the yelp reviews. Those are real. Dishonest and dangerous! Putting owners and renters at risk while they cover up health hazards and then steal security deposits. Stay away for not only your money but your health and safety.

Sac Delta did not manage our house effectively in the 15yr period (2004~2019). We quitted them in 2019 and sold our Rental 2 yrs later. - Back in 2019, Kesha wrongly advised us to clear up 18' for a neighboring fence repair. Yes, you read it right 18 'feet' vs 'inches' even after we specifically pointed out the typo. 18 feet is like half of our backyard. They did not admit the error (even after we escalated to her manager). We ended hiring gardener to clear up 5 foot from the fence line. Even the neighbor said it was 'overkilling' after we got a chance to talk to the neighbor 2 yrs later. - Sac Delta was very low tech and sent paper statement every month vs. electronically. Not sure what it is now. - Sac Delta abides by 9-4ish M~F rule with no exception and not reachable/ responsive after-hours. I am not saying they should, but the service level is definitely not comparable to Bay Area Management Companies. - Sac Delta one time submitted a repair quote ~$20k to the tenants' favor. The tenants wanted as much upgrades possible from us vs repairing for functions. Anyways, we are glad we are no longer in business with Sacramento Delta and want to share our experiences.
