I interacted with 3 employees here during checkout and none offerred any customer service whatsoever. Felt like going through a production line and the store wasn't very clean like other starbucks locations. Picking up my order from the counter was also confusing because they put my oatmeal in a starbucks cup and didn't bother to explain they ran out of their oatmeal bowls so I almost missed grabbing my oatmeal. Staff were pretty unfriendly and only asked what you wanted when you got to the counter and then handed you your recipt after ordering while saying a quick & cold "thanks".

worst starbucks ever. they have no food and all the employees are incompetent. go to peet’s coffee instead. stole my money and robbed and beat me. now homeless. also starbucks come get ur trash

This is the Starbucks that time forgot. They open and close when they feel like it. Oven "breaks down" curiously too often. Very unreliable. Skip it. Go upstairs for Peet's and Freshii for better coffee, food, and reliable service. Better yet.....get coffee/food before you get to SMF. LOL!

At the airport Starbucks this morning I went in to pick out a tumbler to use my rewards on and ordered a drink. I had 465 points and $8.65 in my wallet. I told the service lady at the counter I was using my rewards. But she didn’t put it in so when I scanned my wallet it took the $8.65 and she said I still had a balance of $18. I explained with my rewards and the balance in my wallet I shouldn’t have any outstanding balance. She then told me she couldn’t do anything about it because there was no one there and I couldn’t claim the rewards on the tumbler but I could go get a coffee mug so I grabbed a mug and she had me scan my wallet again and took 150 stars to make my drink free but still wanted me to pay $16 for the remainder of the mug. I explained I didn’t want the mug any more if she could please just make my drink but she argued that I needed to pay for the remaining balance because she couldn’t refund what she took. I explained that I didn’t care about the extra money at this point that had already been taken but because I’m traveling with limited funds I couldn’t pay the extra $16. I then started crying because I don’t do confrontation well so told her it was fine and I went to just leave. She then shoved the mug at me and said here just take this then and I said it’s fine that’s not even what I came in here for.
