Last minute stay here due to travel issue. Fantastic staff at check-in. Very clean hotel all around! Comfortable (soft) beds, hot, strong showers. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Small snack area with with wine/beer to purchase as well. Nice area, a few 24 hour restaurants close by.

I was unfortunately having to quarantine with covid while in the field for business. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport Natomas were incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond with their friendly service and hospitality. They took safety precautions (putting me in an end of hall first floor room, near an exit door, for example) while still providing stellar customer service. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel appeared clean and well maintained and the staff seemed to have great attitudes all around. The food from the hotel restaurant was top notch, with well prepared, fresh meals during my stay. The steak in particular was cooked perfectly. The kitchen/room service staff were so friendly, even writing get well wishes on my to-go/room service containers. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I will most definitely be staying at Hilton Garden Inns in the future whenever possible. Great location with a very isolated walking path right outside (neat wildlife around too!), and easy access to grocery stores, parks and various restaurants all close by. Thank you for everything!

We travel a lot and this is by far the nicest hotel we've stayed in recently! Staff were extremely friendly, everything was clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Quiet, no noise from other rooms and an overall fantastic stay!

We had an absolutely horrible day driving from the L.A. area on our way back home to Oregon. It was SO amazing to be able to pull into this hotel at the end of a rough day. Marcy at the front desk is literally the sweetest person. She even remembered me from the last 2 times we stayed here! She is absolutely the model of what every single person who works at a hotel should aspire to be like! As usual the rooms were spotlessly clean and super cozy. This is the type of hotel that makes you feel spoiled to stay at. Five huge stars!
