The staff was very nice and accommodating. Cistomer service is absolutely the best attribute of this facility. The cleanliness of the rooms were also amazing and appreciated the proximity to the area shops and places to eat. Breakfast was fresh and on time every morning! Would definitely stay here again.

I have to give this Sacramento Airport hotel 5-stars because it's got everything here and within walking distance. Airport shuttle, food establishments open late, gas, and a grocery store all within two blocks....and an In-N-Out Burger that stays open until 1:00 am on weekends. Chicken and Waffles was also open. The rooms were updated and clean. Definitely staying here again!

We flew into Sacramento and was picked up by the hotel shuttle. The Front Desk was very helpful in getting us situated since we had arrived early in the morning and held our luggage while we went out to have some fun. Comfortable rooms and we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning

It started a little rough.The first room we were given looked like someone had already been there. But a call to the front desk and lickity split the front desk clerk Larry was up at our room giving us a new key to another room. Margaret the breakfast lady had me laughing. She is so sweet. If i stay here again it will be because of her. She really goes the ectra mile.
