Always like to stay at red roof inn because we travel with dogs and they are very accommodating, did not have to pay extra for the dogs,location is kinda trafficky but otherwise good, room was very clean.

Positive: Friendly staff, cleanliness location, housekeeping was friendly the ice machine was dirty they had people out there keeping the area clean but not once did they touch it and the staff was getting ice from it our ice bucket lid look like a dog toy chew toy Negative: smoking in the room next to us which was a non-smoking we had to put towels to the adjoining door to keep the smoke smell from coming in and we should been notified that this guy was going to be power washing the doors/windows @7am we water coming in.

Positive: I have had the worst experience ever in my life with everything about this hotel I was told so many lies by ever staff that I had contact with I had made reservations for a suite and from there it was a lot of lies and games played Negative: The Red Roof Inn Elk Grove Sacramento is the worst and horrible experience I ever had in my 50 years ever staying at Hotels

I paid close to 270.00 for a 2 bed , and there wasn't even enough room move between the beds; it was absolutely tiny it had all the amenities microwave TV, etc. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, but the saving grace was the young lady who checked us in. she was awesome; she had a wonderful personality. she is who I gave the 2 stars to
