Positive: I was checked in by a staff who was amazing! So patient&personable. She Made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable! She is such a great asset to the team there and truly wants to deliver a wonderful gust experience. Thank you for your hospitality! Negative: Mandatory valet made it hard for me to access my car when I would have liked to & it made me feel unsafe when I was traveling alone to do so as I was very unfamiliar with the area. I wish we had the option to hold onto on car keys if valet is required.

Can I just say that Ryan(the general manager) is amazing!!! He was accommodating to our request and his customer service is freaking fantastic! The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. When we had an issue with our AC unit, they moved us out immediately and they were very apologetic. I’m definitely coming back here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE. You won’t regret it.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are great, the hotel staff provides great service and you can tell are very well trained and the outside fires pits are really nice. Ms. Mendoza at the front is excellent. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided 10/10 service. We'll be back here the next time we're in Sacramento.

The Westin Sacramento is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at (and I have traveled quite a bit). The staff was exceptional. We arrived about 9 p.m. without a reservation and they accommodated us immediately. My son is allergic to down, so they quickly changed out his pillows and comforter. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, bar area, and conversation room is pure class. There is a large fireplace in front of the comfy chairs and couches that we took advantage of, while relaxing with a cocktail from the bar. There are gas fire pits on the grounds lit in the evening, if you would like that experience. All nestled along the beautiful Sacramento River. The hotel restaurant is Scott's Seafood, which is first class. Although we were traveling and could only stay one night, I would not hesitate to stay here as a destination for a relaxing vacation! Absolutely lovely!
